Andrea Taddei | Massage therapist
Founder and developer of ZERO Technique

Founder and developer of ZERO Technique for muscle and joint pain, post-surgical and post-traumatic scars, and for improving sports performance.

I am a massage therapist and craniosacral therapist, with more than twenty years of experience in craniosacral therapy. I have devoted my working life to understanding how emotions influence physical disorders, driven by the wish to explore the deep connection between emotions, lived experience and the wellbeing of body and mind.

That path led me to develop an innovative approach, aimed at improving physical and emotional health in an integrated, complete way. As the founder of ZERO Technique, I have shared my experience with many practitioners and manual therapists, offering a distinctive, innovative and highly effective method for treating muscle and joint pain.

Out of that knowledge I built a course that fits into a professional’s daily practice, and lets them support their clients’ physical and mental wellbeing more fully. The technique is designed to address somatoform, fascial, visceral and organic disorders naturally.
